Cut the zucchinis in halves, lengthwise.
Remove some of the zucchini flesh with a spoon to have space for filling.
Arrange the zucchini halves on a baking pan.
Mix olive oil, garlic, and salt in a bowl and drizzle the zucchinis with it.
Fill them with grated cheese first and with cherry tomato slices on top.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
Garnish with chopped dill.
