Description

We all love salmon as a family and I always love to try new salmon recipes. This is one of my favorites and it is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.

  2. Place a big sheet of foil on a baking dish. Arrange the salmon fillets on the foil. Brush the olive oil mixture onto the fillets, both sides.

  3. Smash the feta cheese with a fork in a bowl and mix with green onions, parsley, dill, black olives, and crushed red pepper.

  4. Spread this mixture evenly on top of the salmon fillets. Then fold up the foil and make a sealed packet.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately!

    Quick Tips:

    - Do not overcook the salmon!

    - Do not add salt to this recipe, because the feta cheese has already salt in it. This would be more than enough to give the perfect taste!
