They may also have an anti-cancer effect. They are very popular in culinary and can be served in soups, used as a side dish, and as an ingredient in many dishes. They have a very rich and meaty taste when cooked.

  1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and wash them. Pat dry with a paper towel.

    Stir together the soy sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, garlic, and salt in a small bowl.

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally over medium heat. Pour the soy sauce mixture and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.

  2. Remove from the heat, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
