Cacik ( Turkish Yogurt with Cucumbers and Herbs)

Plain yogurt is one of the basic ingredients in Turkish cuisine. This fresh,ice-cold yogurt recipe can be a great appetizer for hot summer days.

Whisk the yogurt and cold water in a big bowl. The amount of water that you add is totally up to you. You can add less water if you want it “thick”.
Add cucumbers,fresh dill,garlic and salt one at a time and mix until smooth.
Ladle your “cacik” into small bowls. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
