Baked Salmon in Foil
Description
We all love salmon as a family and I always love to try new salmon recipes. This is one of my favorites and it is absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Preparation
-
Preheat the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
-
Place a big sheet of foil on a baking dish. Arrange the salmon fillets on the foil. Brush the olive oil mixture onto the fillets, both sides.
-
Smash the feta cheese with a fork in a bowl and mix with green onions, parsley, dill, black olives, and crushed red pepper.
-
Spread this mixture evenly on top of the salmon fillets. Then fold up the foil and make a sealed packet.
-
Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately!
Quick Tips:
- Do not overcook the salmon!
- Do not add salt to this recipe, because the feta cheese has already salt in it. This would be more than enough to give the perfect taste!
Bon Appetit!
