Lemon Butter Cod Fish Recipe
Description
Cod is a popular fish for its mild flavor and flaky flesh. It is the most common dish used for making “Fish and Chips”. This white fish is a great source of phosphorus, niacin and vitamin B-12.
There are several methods to cook cod fish and this recipe is one of my favorites, because it is very easy, quick and delicious.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Mix flour, onion powder, garlic, lemon juice, dijon mustard, softened butter, salt and pepper in a small bowl

Place parchment paper on a baking dish. Arrange the cod fish fillets on it. Brush the flour mixture on both sides of the fillets

Bake for about 10 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork

Garnish with chopped chives. Serve with lemon slices and fresh arugula. (Arugula is one of the perfect green vegetables that you can serve with fish!)
