Description

Simple pasta recipes are always easy to prepare and you can create lots of dishes with different types of pasta.

This Aegean inspired spaghetti recipe is one of my favorites.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta according to package instructions, drain well and set aside.

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ginger, sugar, and sriracha and set aside. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.

    Add garlic, red pepper, and mushrooms.

    Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Add snow peas and broccoli florets, cook for 3-4 minutes additionally.

    Stir in pasta and soy sauce mixture and toss to combine.

    Remove from the heat.

    Serve immediately with cooked shrimp on top.
