
Sauteed Asparagus

1-Trim off the woody parts of asparagus,then slice them into shorter pieces
2-Put olive oil into a large pan. Add minced garlic and chopped green onions. Cook until fragrant for 2 minutes stirring occasionaly
3- Add asparagus slices. Continue cooking stirring gently until lightly charred for 4-5 minutes
4- Remove from the heat. Transfer to a serving plate
5- Squeeze over lemon juice and sprinkle parmesan cheese on topBon Appetit!
