During our vacation at the Turkish Riviera I had the opportunity to try local Meze dishes in very authentic fish restaurants by the Mediterranean Sea like fava dip dried tomato and beans, goat cheese with herbs, and
carrot tarator.

I paired these delicious mezze dishes with Suvla Bogazkere – Okuzgozu wine from Gallipoli Peninsula originated from Anatolia. It’s sour cherry, hibiscus, freshly cracked black pepper aromas with balanced tannins lead to a juicy long lingering finish.
