Sauteed Kale with Garlic and Red Pepper
Description
This one makes a healthy, great side dish for meat, chicken, and fish; and very easy to cook.

Wash the kale leaves and coarsely chop them.
Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat.
Add garlic and red pepper.
Add the chopped kale leaves and a pinch of salt.
Cook for about 5 minutes stirring frequently.
Remove from the heat and serve.
