Broccoli Lentil Soup

Try this healthy broccoli and red lentil soup as a starter for a dinner!
Ingredients

Wash broccoli florets and lentil, set aside.
Put olive oil in a pan.
Saute with chopped onions until they turn pink.
Add diced tomatoes, flour, and salt, stirring occasionally over medium heat.
Add broccoli and red lentil. Add 3 cups of boiling water.
Half cover and cook for 25-30 minutes over low heat.
Remove from the heat and puree the soup in a blender until smooth.
Serve immediately.
