Description

A smoothie is a cold drink made up of frozen fruits, and milk or yogurt as a liquid. You can also add honey or maple syrup as a sweetener which is optional. Smoothies are such a great option for a healthy breakfast and even for lunch or dinner, especially for the hot summer days. 

For a good fruit smoothie,you should freeze your fruits ahead of time. It is better to freeze them instead of adding ice. Frozen fruits will help to keep your smoothies thick and frosty. You can put milk or plain yogurt. Yogurt adds creaminess and a slightly tangy taste.
