Description

You can create lots of dishes with cauliflowers, with or without meat, plain or with other vegetables, with cheese; oven-roasted, fried, or steamed.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Add the cauliflower florets to a steamer basket, cover and cook for about 15 minutes or until they are tender.

    Arrange the florets into an oven-safe dish, drizzle with lemon juice, set aside.

    Put the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add onions and green pepper, cook until the onions turn pink.

    Add diced tomato, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

    Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Remove from heat

    Spread this mixture over the cauliflower florets

    Sprinkle the cheese on top, making sure to cover all over.

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

    Roast until the cheese on top melt and turns golden.

    Serve immediately.
