Description

This is a healthy Turkish vegetarian appetizer.

  1. Step:1

    Wash the squash and grate them in a bowl.

    Add green onions, dill, eggs, salt, black pepper, and flour.

    Mix well

  2. Step:2

    Put olive oil in a skillet and heat over medium heat for a couple of minutes.

    Drop-in tablespoonful amounts of the mixture and fry both sides until golden brown.

  3. Bon Appetit!

    Small Tip: If you put one grated potato into the mixture, you can have more crunchy taste.
